McCaffery announces food hall of Asian cuisine at The Terminal in the Strip

"Chicago-based McCaffery has turned to two Asian restaurateurs to meet a city requirement of establishing a new food hall of local operators at The Terminal redevelopment in the Strip District.

The company announced today than it has turned to a partnership of Mike Chen, well known in Pittsburgh for such restaurants as Everyday Noodles, and Alex Tang of Mola Sushi to lead the new 8,600-square-foot food hall at The Terminal, an arrangement that came after McCaffery had been seeking to draw both operators in for their own restaurants in the property."
