Specializing in custom compounding for more than 100 years, Hieber’s Pharmacy was established in the Strip District neighborhood of Pittsburgh in the 1860s by the Hieber brothers. The pharmacy relocated to Oakland by new ownership in 1945 and was purchased by Dr. Rosemary Mihalko, the pharmacy’s first female owner, in 2019.
