Passageway Pop-Up Shops
The Terminal is excited to offer a new retail program that gives small businesses the opportunity to vend at the Terminal year-round! The Terminal's Passageway Pop-Up Shops will be located inside the 17th & 18th Street Passageways.
Requirements:
- Passageway Pop Up Shops can be leased daily for $50 or monthly for a fee of $500.
- The Terminal's Passageway Pop-Up Shops will be leased to business owners on a first come first serve basis.
- To secure a Terminal Passageway Pop-Up Shop, you must fill out an application. A member of our team will then review your application and contact you if your business was selected to vend.
- The Terminal must receive a signed copy of the license agreement, an updated certificate of insurance that meets the Terminal's insurance requirements, and payment at least 7 business days prior to mobilization.

Markets at The Terminal
Markets will take place every Saturday from May through October from 10 AM - 2 PM.
Vendor Information
- The Terminal markets are rain or shine. Safety guidelines will be implemented for severe weather conditions.
- Vendors have the option of attending a full season of markets (25 markets), a half season of markets (13 markets), or select market dates.
- There are minimal vendor spaces available for Markets at the Terminal. Vendor applications will be open through Friday, March 3. Vendors will be notified of their acceptance into the market the following week. Vendors who are not selected will be notified and can opt-in to the waiting list.
Vendor Payment
- The vendor cost is $25 per market.
- HALF-SEASON DISCOUNT: Venders that opt in for a half season of markets (13 markets) and pay prior to the first market will receive a discounted rate of $275.
- FULL-SEASON DISCOUNT: Vendors that opt in for a full season of markets (25 markets) and pay prior to the first market will receive a discounted rate of $475.
- Payments must be received at least 7 days prior to each market.
Vendor Requirements
- Vendors are asked to bring their own table (max 8ft) and chairs, as well as furnish their own displays.
- The market will take place on the lower patio this year. Vendors are required to bring their own tent. White 8' x 8' tents are preferred. If desired, spaces that will fit a 10' x 10' tent will be offered, but are limited due to the set-up of the property.
- Tents must have a minimum of 15 lb weights per leg.
- Vendors will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the following as additionally insured:
- Produce Terminal Holdings, LLC
- McCaffery Interests Inc.
- NewTower Trust Company
- BentallGreenOak
- BGO Diversified US Property REIT LLC.
- Food and health/beauty vendors must provide insurance not less than $1,000,000 of general liability coverage.
- Vendors are responsible for their own parking. Validations will not be provided.

Tunes at the Terminal
The Terminal is excited to have street performances on select weekends from May through October. Street performances will take place from 11 AM - 2 PM.
Performance Information
- Performers are required to bring their own equipment - instruments, microphones, tables, chairs or anything else needed for their performance. Access to electricity will be available on-site.
- Street performances are weather depending. In the case of poor weather conditions, a decision to move the event indoors or cancel the performance will be made 2 hours before performance.
- There are minimal dates available for Street Performances at the Terminal. Applications for the season will close on Monday, March 20. Selected performers will be notified at least 3 weeks prior to their performance date. Performers who are not selected will be added to a waiting list in case of cancellation.
- Performers will be paid for their performance. Hourly rates will be discussed upon selection.
- Street Performances will take place under a passageway awning which provides partial coverage.
Requirements
- Performers will be asked to provide a Certificate of Insurance. Additional information will be sent upon selection.
- Performers are responsible for their own parking. Validations will not be provided.
